FILM NOIR Articles & Essays

Week#5: Tagging & Social Bookmarking. I'm enjoying the 1st Activity since you are searching del.icio.us and Google on subjects that are of interest to you. My choice was Film Noir since I'm a HUGE fan! I have to say that the results were very different. Google's first page were articles and essays pertaining to the subject while del.icio.us provided primarily lists. This would be of interest if I were searching for my favourite movie poster or what someone else thinks are the "TOP 10 Films of ALL Time" but I found I was much more interested in the items from Google (on this subject anyway).
I would have to say one result I didn't expect was "DVDBeaver - The Femme Fatales of Film Noir" on del.icio.us. That could be interesting.

Week #4: Wikis
Well I think I finally got my wiki complete....check out the link above. It's true, the new page was easy to create but linking it to the sidebar was a task. Onwards and upwards!!

Week #3: RSS Took me longer than I thought it would. It was easy enough to subscribe to different sites and that was kinda cool but I'm hung up on trying to figure out how to get an icon on my site for users to click and subscribe to my blog...yeah, like you'd want to!! But hey, it's all part of the learning process. Will persevere and see what other little goodies are coming up for Week #4.
